Shipping policy
A shipping fee applies to every order, including showroom pickup.
Flooring is heavy and ships by freight truck. Carrier rates change with fuel costs, so we quote each order by address. Flooring freight usually runs $600 to $900 per order.
- Place your order online.
- We get a quote from our carrier for your address.
- We call or email you with the exact shipping fee and send an invoice for it, payable by Zelle.
- Your order ships once the shipping invoice is paid.
Installation supplies are quoted the same way.
